it is hard to find a rental to accommodate our large family when vacating together. I enjoyed that the property provided different activity or different age groups. the kitchen had allot of dishes and cookware. the neighborhood was quite and we were surprised to see so many peacocks in the neighborhood. the host was always available and responsive to any questions we had.
Ryan had good hospitality amazing beds that are very comfortable. The house was clean & everything is 10-15 minutes away very very pleasant stay I will definitely come back in the near future! If you’d like to stay at Clearwater this is the go to area you should stay at. We 100% recommended the house it had everything we needed.
Great house, clean. Kids had a wonderful time with the games/outdoor activities . The air conditioning needs some work, down stairs rooms were really hot, fan didn’t work in one of the rooms . Although we enjoyed the backyard, be prepared to get eaten alive by bugs/mosquitos. We had to spend a lot of money on all kinds of repellents. Ryan and Allison were very responsive and really nice.
An incredible stay! Our group stayed at Ryan’s place for our annual friend’s trip, and we absolutely loved the house, location, and local recommendations! Ryan is incredibly responsive and helpful, and even helped us out with changing the propane tank for us to grill! The house is even better in person, and is a great place to stay with friends and family. We hope to stay again soon!!
I chose Ryan's place to celebrate my birthday with my Family. It did not disappoint at all. We were comfortable..had lots to do especially with/for kids. Ryan's and Allison were accessible at all times. I was skeptical at first when the details said had to climb stairs...but luckily only 1 room was upstairs...which was perfect. The home is very inviting and welcoming. We got right into vacay mode. This was my 1st time using Airbnb...so I had a lot of questions...which were promptly answered. There's so many good things to say about this home..all I can say is I truly enjoyed my time there. Everything is available at the house..you just bring yourself and food.
We absolutely loved our stay. We brought our family to Tampa for a nice vacation with kids and this home was absolutely perfect. They go above and beyond in providing every aspect of what you may need. It is an entertainment dream. Our kids were blown away by the activities and us parents felt like kids ourselves playing with all the games. The pool was large and had a great setup with ample lounge chairs. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable for a nice nights sleep. The kitchen was well stocked for our entire family to cook multiple times. We would happily recommend this space to any family wanting a fun visit to the Tampa/Clearwater area.
Great location for us. We had a softball tournament nearby and it was easy to get around the various fields. Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We had very early mornings so it was great to make our own breakfasts. Also loved the washer and dryer since we had a lot of laundry to do with three players. Also the peacocks around the neighborhood were a fun surprise. Super comfortable for three families with lots of space for us all.
We enjoyed our stay and will be keeping it on our list for return visits. Our grandchildren loved all the games and things to do right at the house. Spacious kitchen made meals super easy for 8 people! The beds were comfortable and well appointed. Ryan and Allison were very responsive to questions and resolved issues right away.
Ryan was an amazing host. The house was clean and just so much fun. The out door space has something for everyone. A pool and playground for the younger kids and a fire pit for when the little ones go to sleep. The i door pool table got a lot of use during our Thanksgiving gathering. A 10 out of 10
We were very pleased with the house. Lots of space for our group of 8. Tons of amazing amenities, games and outside space that we almost did not have enough time to use it all. None of us wanted to leave! The hosts were very responsive, friendly and took care of all our needs. Definitely recommend!
Ryan addressed every concern that we had, without hesitation, very nice house. Thankful him letting use use his space, will have no problem returning in the summer of 2026.
We stayed for softball tournament, it was perfect located to the fields. The house fit perfect with activities as we had ages from 3-18 to adults. The hosts were wonderful with quick responses. House was super cute, clean, and the layout was perfect! So much to do around the house and great nearby restaurants. Check out was super easy as we had to get to softball games early, host made our morning easy with lite duties for check out. Love that! If we are ever back in the area will definitely stay again.
Ryan and Allison were excellent hosts, the house was so clean and looked exactly like the photos. They had so many things in the home to help keep my 2 & 4 year old busy. The pool was clean and so much fun to hang out by, not to mention the rest of the backyard activities! They had everything that we needed to be comfortable for our long weekend stay. They also accommodated my family with early check in since our flight arrived early. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself back in the area.
The house is clean and amazing to stay at. The entertainment area in the house was the highlight for sure. We used the pool table, arcade machines, the swimming pool, and the card table a lot. Great experience, would highly recommend!
Ryan was absolutely pleasant!! He was always responsive if I ever had a question about anything. The property was great and looked exactly how it was described.!!! I will 1000% be back.!
This place was exactly as advertised...great for a large amount of guests and still be comfortable and not in each others way. Easy location to get to off the main road. Larger homes like this attract bigger groups and families which heavily rely in a kitchen...having said that, kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. And having a Publix and Walmart for groceries less than a mile away was a BIG plus. Would definitely consider this place agian for another family trip.
